- For Sale: Spring Semester Sublet Price: $925/m
  
  One bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment is open in Tivoli for the Spring semester. Right in the middle of town--walking distance from everything! Roommate is a nice and mellow senior at Bard, good roommate material. We have a cat. Water bill included in rent, we pay internet and electric. Price is per month and the lease ends on May 31 however I know the landlord is still looking for someone to take the apartment for the next term so I'm sure if one person moved in and found another roommate they could stay there after May. If interested, do not hesitate to email, call, or text, but I will be better to contact via WhatsApp than normal texting.
