Autumn Patricia Ahn

Visiting Artist in Residence, Studio Arts

Biography:

Autumn Patricia Ahn’s artwork integrates performance, sound, sculpture, and drawing. Ahn is the recipient of numerous fellowships, awards, grants and residences from, among others, Vermont Carving Studio and Sculpture Center, Headlands Center for the Arts, Wesleyan University, MassMoCA, and Harvard University's Department of Philosophy. Recent special projects include George, a memorial exhibition for new media curator and art historian George Fifield at Boston Cyberarts Gallery; Documentation as Poetic Witness at venues in Helsinki, Paris, and Harvard; and the Allen Ginsberg tribute book AH Allen as original artworks archivist. Solo and group exhibitions at national and international venues including False Flag Gallery, New York; Selebe Yoon Gallery, Dakar, Senegal; Crowley Theater, Marfa, Texas; Galerie Ofr., Paris; The Chimney, Brooklyn; and 15th Istanbul Biennial.
