Student Checklist
If you do not complete the steps below, you will not be paid, even if have already started working.
All students must read the Student Employment Brochure and complete the Acknowledgment Form.
U.S. Students:
Submit the following completed and signed forms, along with copies of your identification to the Student Employment Office in person or via email.

- W-4 (withholding allowance certificate)
- I-9 (employment eligibility)
- IT-2104 (NYS withholding allowance certificate) or IT-2104-E (certificate of exemption from NYS withholding)
- Direct Deposit Form (Optional) to have your earnings deposited directly to your personal bank account.

Pick at least three that seem appropriate for your schedule and job skills.
Choose one that fits with your personality and the demands of your academic course load.

We encourage those students with transportation to view Handshake for potential off-campus positions that might be available in nearby Red Hook and Tivoli.
