In addition to providing basic information about your study, this form will allow you to upload your consent form, CITI training certificate, and debriefing statement. These documents are required for all proposals. You should also upload any additional documents that are relevant for your proposal (e.g. recruitment scripts, interview questions, and surveys).
If you are an undergraduate or graduate student, your advisor will need to send an email to [email protected] stating that they have, "reviewed your proposal and will oversee the research in its entirety". You will receive a response from the IRB about your project within two weeks of the listed IRB deadline.
