Catherine Teixeira, general manager of the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, was selected to participate in Sphinx LEAD, a two-year leadership program for art leaders of color. This highly competitive leadership program provides a two-year, comprehensive professional development curriculum to the nation’s most promising BIPOC administrators in the arts. Sphinx, a social justice organization dedicated to transforming lives through the power of diversity in the arts, offers the program to empower “the next generation of executive leaders.” Teixeira was one of 11 LEADers chosen for the Sphinx LEAD Cohort 4.
