The Open Society University Network (OSUN) is a new global network of educational institutions that integrates learning and the advancement of knowledge across geographic and demographic boundaries, promotes civic engagement on behalf of open societies, and expands access to higher education for underserved communities. Bard College, together with Central European University, is a founding member of OSUN. Students have the opportunity to participate in OSUN global initiatives throughout their education at Bard and to engage across the growing network through exchanges, network courses, conferences and global civic engagement initiatives.
