Reporting Concerns or Misconduct
We strive to maintain the strongest protections and ethical standards for all members of the Bard community. To this end, the College provides multiple pathways to raise concerns and/or to report suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or policy violations. We encourage members of the College community to come forward in a timely manner with good-faith reports or concerns about misconduct and any suspected compliance issues. The College takes these concerns very seriously and will respond to all reports of misconduct. Additionally, members of the community are obligated to report discrimination and harassment. Any retaliation for coming forward with a report or cooperating in an investigation is strictly prohibited. Below is a list of reporting mechanisms designed to protect the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of reporters and to ensure every community member feels supported in coming forward.
