Interested in meditation? Meditating for the first time? Or you are a seasoned practitioner? Everybody is welcome to sit in silence together in order to calm the mind and refresh one's awareness. Introduction to meditation, guidance and all necessary implements provided. Afterwards community sangha time. Refreshments served.
