Student actors and musicians will present selected scenes from the stage play, followed by a "talk back" session with the principals, including Oren Jacoby of Storyville Farms who created the stage adaption. The stage adaption of Invisible Man received its world premiere in Chicago, at the Court Theater in the 2012-2013 season. It was remounted in Washington D.C. at the Studio Theater and then in Boston for an extended run at the Huntington Theater. It received enthusiastic critical acclaim and won the Joseph Jefferson Award for Best New Play adaption. The play was cited when the Court Theater won a special Tony Award in 2022.
