 “Organizing (Women) Workers for Democratizing Work in India”

The workshop features speakers providing together insights on the issue of #DemocratizingWork in India: 

• Renana Jhabvala, Self Employed Women’s Association - SEWA-veteran trade unionist, organising women street vendors
• Anuradha Talwar, PBKMS - veteran trade unionist, organising agriculture and plantation workers
• Harsh Mander, Centre for Equity Studies, Delhi

It will be chaired by Neera Chandhoke (Emeritus, University of Delhi, and member of the #DW core group).  

The webinar will be on Zoom, with the support of the OSUN Economic Democracy Initiative.
