Come meet Dr. Thomas Coote, Director of the Simon's Rock Field Station in Montserrat to learn more about the semester-long Tropical Ecology Program this coming Spring. Course work includes:5:00 pm – 6:00 pm EDT/GMT-4
· Diversity of freshwater streams, tropical forests, and marine biology
· The island’s volcano and its impact on the environment and people of Montserrat
· Endangered species including the Montserrat Oriole, Montserrat Racer & Chicken Frog
· The cultural history of Montserrat, agriculture and sustainable development
Session will be held in the Reem-Kayden Center room 200 (AKA Seminar Room), at 5 pm on Monday, September 14.
