Hands-on training and deep place making
This three session workshop series, to be held at Bard Farm, will consist of practical, hands-on trainings in which participants will go through the process of harvesting, preparing and sharing farm-grown food using traditional, non-electric food preparation methods. Each session will end with a collective meal. The sessions, individually and as a whole, are intended to attune the participants with the earth and our human bodies, to understand where food is coming from and where it's going. Connected as a sacred gift, rather than in isolation, we will eat together.Register here. It is preferred participants come to every session, as we will be building on our relationship and knowledge. There will be three sessions, October 4 and 11 from 3–6pm and November 3 from 2–6pm.
