Opportunities for Seniors looking for post-grad roles or 1-year post-grad fellowships, and summer internships for Juniors. 
Opportunities are offered in Business, Communications, Science Research, Public & Community Health, Education, and Law and Legal Support
The deadline for students to apply to be considered for the LAUNCH interviews is January 4th.

This is exclusive to undergraduate-level students attending Bard College, Brown University, Cornell University, Swarthmore College, Trinity College, Union College, and Yale University.

Apply for opportunities with participating employers through the LAUNCH portal. 

To create an account:

1. Go to the LAUNCH portal. 
2. Click on “Students/Alumni”
3. Click “SIGN UP”
4. Create an account with your school email address and “recruitlaunch” as the password.
5. After you sign up, you will receive an email to confirm your account and change your password

IMPORTANT DATES
Application Deadline: Sunday, January 4th, 2026, at 11:59 pm
Virtual Interview Days: Thursday, January 15th, and/or Friday, January 16th, 2026 (*for selected students). 
NOTE: Invited students will need to sign up for interview times on January 10, and Alternate students will sign up on January 12th.

Students should apply to all positions that are of interest to them. 
Students should convert their application documents to PDFs prior to applying.
