A discussion of music for the Hannah Arendt Center's 17th annual fall conference
Jeremy Eichler, the John McCann Assistant Professor of Music History and Public Humanities at Tufts University, who served for 18 years as chief classical music critic of The Boston Globe, will give a talk, followed by a conversation with Bard College President Leon Botstein, the music director and principal conductor of The Orchestra Now (TŌN) and the American Symphony Orchestra, and the artistic co-director of the Bard Music Festival.Learn more at hac.bard.edu/joy-2025.
