Novelist Bradford Morrow and Testament Guitarist Alex Skolnick Present A Bestiary, An Evening of Text and Music at Bard College, Tuesday, October 20
Morrow has been hailed as “one of America’s major literary voices” by Publishers Weekly, while Skolnick was called “one of the most remarkable guitarists in hard-rock history” by Guitar World Magazine.
Presented by Bard’s Program in Written Arts and Innovative Contemporary Fiction Reading Series, A Bestiary takes place Tuesday, October 20, at 7:30 p.m. in Weis Cinema in the Bertelsmann Campus Center. Introduced by Michael Ives, Bard visiting assistant professor of humanities, and followed by a Q&A, the event is free and open to the public. The latest albums from Alex Skolnick, lead guitarist of the heavy-metal band Testament and the jazz group Alex Skolnick Trio, are Dark Roots of Earth and Planetary Coalition.
