The Equity and Inclusion Office is committed to supporting scholars during their senior year. We provide advising and resources as students craft a Senior Project, complete their academic requirements, and prepare for life after college.
It’s Your T.I.M.E.
About
Transitioning into life after college can pose many more questions than answers. In our workshop series offered to OEI scholars graduating in three semesters or less, we help our scholars through their next phase of life. Workshops are centered around financial growth, graduate school, job opportunities, and personal development.

Senior Year Resources

  • Career Development Office
The Bard Career Development Office (CDO) helps students translate their liberal arts education to the workplace through a variety of programs and resources. From one-on-one meetings, workshops, and special events, to collaborations with other Bard offices, alumni/ae and parents, CDO staff help students connect their skills, interests and values to a career path throughout their college life and after graduation.
  • Alumni/ae Association
The Bard College Alumni/ae Association works to strengthen the connection between alumni/ae and the College and help alumni/ae stay in touch with Bardians, new and old. There are over 15,000 Bard alumni/ae and the number is growing. The Alumni/ae Association is an excellent resource for graduating seniors as they explore career paths or prepare to move to a new city.
  • BardWorks
BardWorks is a career-oriented professional development program for juniors and seniors that prepares them for success in the workplace. Drawing on the College’s extensive alumni/ae and family networks, we pair students with a mentor in their field of interest, and help them develop interview, resume, and networking skills. Our ultimate aim: to create a community of leaders who will succeed professionally and make a difference in the lives of others.
