Course Credit
Students who participate in the Bard-CEU program can apply up to 8 graduate credits earned during the program toward their MA studies at CEU should they decide to apply and are accepted to one of CEU’s MA programs. The transfer of credits is subject to regulations described in Annex 2 of CEU’s “Student Rights, Rules, and Academic Regulations.”
Cultural Program
An orientation is held within the first days of arrival in Vienna to acclimate study abroad students to the academic culture and expectations at CEU. The cultural program includes a tour of Vienna, group dinners, visits to nearby Austrian towns and villages, evenings at the theater and opera, and a trip to a neighboring country. Students can also participate in CEU-wide events such as picnics, sports days, coffeehouse gatherings, and club events.
