A Bard College financial aid package may be renewed annually as long as the proper forms are filed on time, the student or the student's family continues to demonstrate financial need, and the student remains in good academic standing. Please note that renewal applications for financial aid will not be processed until all required documents are received. See below for a list of forms and deadlines.

Financial Aid Applications

  • Complete the FAFSA 
    The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be completed to determine eligibility for all sources of federal financial aid.

    COMPLETE THE FAFSA
    Applies to: U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents only
  • Complete the CSS Profile (if applicable)
    The College Scholarship Service Profile (CSS Profile) must be completed (if applicable) to determine eligibility for Bard College scholarship aid.

    Complete the CSS Profile 
    Applies to: U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents


    Noncustodial Parent Profiles are only required for a student's first year at Bard College.
  • Bard International Financial Aid Application (BISFAA)
    International students are required to complete this form annually. 
    Complete the BISFAA 

    Once completed please email form to [email protected]

Verification

Approximately 18 percent of those filing the FAFSA are selected by the federal processor to be verified. The Verification Worksheet must be submitted to verify certain data elements. A financial aid representative will reach out to a student selected for verification to request, in writing, required documentation/information.
