Welcome to the Bard Human Resources and Employment Office

The heart of the College is the Annandale-on-Hudson campus with its 1,900 undergraduates.

New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options

When key parts of the health care law take effect in 2014, there will be a new way to buy health insurance: the Health Insurance Marketplace. To assist you as you evaluate options for you and your family, we provide basic information about the new Marketplace and employment-based health coverage offered by Bard College. Please download the 'New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options And Your Health Coverage' notice & visit Healthcare.gov for additional information, including an online application for health insurance coverage and contact information for a Health Insurance Marketplace in your area. If you require the employer notification of your non-eligibility for health insurance in order to apply for health insurance, please request it from Human Resources. Hard copies of the notice are also available on request.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

Bard College is committed to assisting all members of the community in providing for their own safety and security. The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report is available on the Office of Safety and Security website at: bard.edu/security/stats
 
If you would like to receive a hard copy of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report which contains this information, you can stop by the Office of Safety and Security Office at the Old Gym, 30 Campus Road, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY 12504, or you can request that a copy be mailed to you by calling 845-758-7460.
 
The report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as: crime prevention, public safety authority, crime reporting policies, fire safety, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The report also contains information about fire statistics in Bard residential facilities and crime statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
 
This information is required by law and is provided by the Office of Safety and Security.
