Meditation Group, Mondays and Thursdays from 6 to 7 pm. The Meditation Room is located in the Center for Spiritual Life, in the basement of Resnick Village Dorm A.6:00 pm – 7:00 pm EDT/GMT-4
Mondays: Dharma teachings, meditation, walking meditation, chanting
Thursdays: One hour of still meditation
After meditation we gather as a sangha community with refreshments. Join at any time!
