The Office of First-Year Experience strives to ease the transition from high school to college. Our first-year pages have information on preparing for Bard, moving in, the Language and Thinking Program, First-Year Seminar, and more.
Students transferring to Bard from another college arrive with particular questions and concerns. What do you need to know about Bard academics? How do transfer credits work? What should you expect before coming to campus?
The Office of International Student and Scholar Services advises students on all matters pertaining to their legal status in the United States and on cultural, social, educational, and personal concerns. We also advise the International Student Organization.
