Need something repaired in your room?

The work of managing the campus facilities are split between two offices: Buildings & Grounds and Environmental Services.
  • B&G Website

    Buildings & Grounds

Buildings & Grounds manages maintenance and repair of all residence halls and houses on campus.  This includes everything from a broken blind or electric outlet to a heating or extermination need.  B&G trades-persons work from 7a-3:30p yet are encouraged to avoid loud work prior to 9am near or inside of residence halls.  The best way to request a repair is to complete the Service Request, as noted below.

  • Environmental Services

    Environmental Services

All cleaning requests, comments, or concerns should be directed to Environmental Services. Environmental Services is responsible for public spaces and common areas in all campus facilities. Student rooms and personal items used in public spaces, particularly bathroom supplies and cooking utensils, are the responsibility of the students. We ask that students wash dirty dishes/pans after use so we can properly clean kitchens. If you have questions or comments about our services, what we do and don't do, or general comments, please call or e-mail us, we want to hear from you!
