In the current digital environment, video is proliferating like never before. It is a crucial aspect of showcasing campus life and reaching prospective students in particular. If you are planning to create video on behalf of the College, please reach out to Bard’s video production team for support. We can provide files and documentation to ensure that your video is consistent with Bard’s voice and visual style. You may also reach out to request video production services. Contact:
Bard maintains a YouTube Account and would be happy to upload your approved video for hosting. If you want to include this video on your website we will provide the embed code or URL. For information about hosting your video, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Closed-Captioning Your Video
All video content promoted by Bard College must be closed-captioned. This includes all videos hosted by any Bard-created Vimeo or YouTube account as well as all videos included on a bard.edu website. This is required by law as per sections 508 and 504 of The Rehabilitation Act and titles II, III, and IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
