• If you are a foreign national working in the US, we will need copies of your relevant entry documentation, the completion of additional forms, as well as your participation in the online Sprintax System to provide us with your Individual Tax Analysis. Please notify Denise Algiere at [email protected] to initiate your FNIS forms. 

New Employee Onboarding

Welcome to Bard! We look forward to having you join us!

All new hires will receive an email to their personal email address from our onboarding system, ADP.  The email will include account log-in instructions. 

Please complete the onboarding experience as soon as possible to ensure timely processing. Completion of the onboarding experience less than one week before the first pay date will not be paid on the date anticipated and instead processed at the next available pay date.  

Bring your original I-9 proof of identity and employment eligibility document(s) to Human Resources. 

Human Resources is located in the basement of Ludlow (Main Administration Building).
