First Class Mail Over the Summer
All student campus mailboxes will be closed as of May 29 and forwarding of first-class mail will begin on that day. If you will be in the area or on campus and wish to have your campus mailbox remain open, you will need to inform the campus post office ([email protected]) prior to May 29.First class mail will be sent to the address Bard has on file. If your summer address is different from your home address, email [email protected] with the request change.
Please note, if you have a magazine subscription, you will need to notify the subscriber directly of the address change. The post office does not forward magazines and they will be recycled at that time.
FYI: USPS tracking parcels cannot be sent to international addresses. It is your responsibility when ordering to give an address other than Bard as we can not ship them out of the country. These packages will be returned to sender if you are not on campus to claim them at the time they arrive.
*An email will be sent to you prior to your return for the fall 2018 semester with your new mailbox information.
