A Documentary on Rohingya Refugees
Blossoms from Ash (2020) is a feature documentary coproduced by the United States and Bangladesh, directed by Bangladeshi filmmaker Noman Robin. The film focuses on the plight of the Rohingya refugees, the world's largest refugee group, who have been subjected to ethnic cleansing attempts by the Myanmar government and living in the southeastern part of Bangladesh. Director Noman Robin will participate in a Q&A session following the screening (6:00 pm).The film's duration is 52 minutes.
