Whether or not New York City is your post-grad market, this workshop will cover the ins and outs of navigating the rental process. There will be specific information about NYC, but many of the presented topics will be relevant to other cities as well.

* How to qualify for a rental or sale
* Finding the apartment that’s right for you
* The nuts and bolts of the application process
* Location, location, location—advantages of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx
* The role of the agent - to have or have not, including fees for the agent and what you can do on your own.
