Come to this session to learn about study abroad programs now open to Bard students via Tuition Exchange with Pitzer College in Nepal, Botswana, and Costa Rica (for students majoring in GIS, EUS, religion, anthropology, human rights, biology, and more).4:45 pm – 5:45 pm EDT/GMT-4
A limited number of Bard students each semester are now eligible to apply for Pitzer’s semester study abroad programs with their financial aid packages “going with them.” Come see what’s possible!
Pitzer faculty Kebokile Dengu-Zvogbo, Associate Dean of International Programs, and Batsirai Chidzodzo, Director of the Botswana program, will be here to answer your questions and show photos/videos from these great programs. Come meet them and see if one of these programs might be for you!
Here’s just a taste of the academics and opportunities these programs offer:
Costa Rica (w/ field station): biology, ecology, conservation
Botswana (w/ travel to South Africa and Zimbabwe): human rights, area studies, development, natural resources, politics
Nepal (w/ langauge study and family stay): anthropology, sociology, conservation, migration, religion
