Bard EMS is a student-run organization of trained and state-certified EMS first-response volunteers. EMS sets their on-call schedule at the beginning of the semester and announces it to the entire community. In response to COVID-19 concerns, some schedule and staffing changes have been made. Community members should always contact Security in case of an emergency and if EMS is on call they will respond; if they are not, Security will contact 911. Bard EMS responds to medical emergencies on campus. Services are confidential and are provided free of charge.
