Opened in 1990, Oberholzer Hall sits at the north edge of Cruger Village within a hillside. Its placement allows students to enter at the ground level or first floor. While the entire first floor features single rooms, the ground level and the second floor feature a mix of single, double, and triple rooms. The first floor also features the large common room in the middle of the building.

Oberholzer Hall Amenities

  • Laundry

    Laundry

Located in room 090 of the lower level, the Oberholzer & Bartlett Laundry room contains two washers and two dryers as well as a utility sink and a folding table.  During the academic year, residents utilize coinless laundry as the averaged cost of laundry is factored in the cost of living on campus.  This allows residents to run as many loads as they need without overloading the machines or incurring more cost.
  • Parking

    Parking

Oberholzer sits close both the Cruger Hall and Sawkill Coffeehouse parking lots.  We encourage Oberholzer residents to park in the Sawkill lot.

Oberholzer also features 2 accessible parking spots located on the north side of the building and can be accessed by the Robbins Road extension.
  • Bathrooms

    Bathrooms

Oberholzer features 11 Single-User bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.  There are three bathrooms on the lower level, and four bathrooms on both the first and second floors.
  • Climate Control

    Climate Control

Most rooms in Oberholzer feature a forced-air unit with ability to control fan speed of both heat and air-conditioning.  Note, rooms on the lower level do not have in-room control and are controlled centrally in zones.
  • Bedroom Flooring

    Bedroom Flooring

All bedrooms in Oberholzer feature a white vinyl composite tile with tan speckle.
