Using Styles in Word
Thursday, November 17, 2022

Styles are very important in documentation today. Styles (or headers) can improve accessibility by making it easier for screen reader users to determine the structure of a document. They enable automatic outlines and tables of contents for your documentation. They also allow for less manual spacing between paragraphs which helps keep your document orderly even if you add or delete paragraphs. In Word you can create your own styles and have access to many more already available in the program. You should know how to use them. For more information, call 845-758-6822,
