Note: For liability reasons the Helpdesk does not support personal computers, however if the issue is a software related one such as a virus or something similar, we would advise you on how to repair the problem. If the issue is more hardware related, we then can point you in the right direction for a local repair center. Bring your operating system installation software with you to campus in case you need to re-install or repair your OS. Helpdesk cannot install OS software for personal computers.
