MyAnnandale

Launched in March of 2020, MyAnnandale is a data portal for students to complete administrative tasks around campus life at Bard's historic Annandale-On-Hudson campus.  Over time, more uses will be aligned with this new tool.  Residence Life & Housing administers and coordinates use of MyAnnandale, so reach out to [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

    MyAnnandale Introduction

This quick overview of MyAnnandale walks you through the general functionality of our site and how to complete common processes and find information.

    Logging Into MyAnnandale
Utilizing your Bard credentials, log in at the link above.  MyAnnanadale is accessed through CAS (our Single Sign-On system), you will see the site redirect after that login bypassing the defunct direct login to MyAnnanadale.

    Main Page Layout
MyAnnandale is designed to be fully adaptive to any screen or device you can access the internet on.  On larger screens, the left menu is already expanded.  The main column starts with your ID photo, your name, ID number, and campus mailbox information.  Scroll down to see current memos and messages - these messages may be general to all students or specialized with your specifc data.  Further down you will see your housing information and room selection process (when applicable).

Use the hamburger menu next to the Bard logo at the top to expand the left menu.  "My Information & Profile" is a static portion of this menu - go here to update your cell phone number, pronouns, and more.  "My Applications & Forms" is the best place to look for any process in MyAnnandale - applications only show up when you are eligible for them.  We have found sometimes these applications take a moment to load after you expand this option.  Further down you will find the "My Roommates & Housing" and "Bard Dining tabs - you will learn more about these during selection processes.   Finally, "My Contacts & Addresses" is where you can update your emergency contacts as well as the address for your off-campus residence.

Finally, the right menu (bottom menu on a small device like a phone) is static information.  Page specific help text will appear at the top, then we have general links to the various sites you will use in tandem to MyAnnandale.  At the bottom you will occasionally see ads for different processes and opportunities.

    My Applications & Forms
Everything under "My Applications and Forms" in MyAnnandale follows the same order of operations.  First you will be required to sign any applicable contracts, in most cases this contract will be attached to your email receipt.  You can type in a digital signature or sign on the screen.  Then you will answer questions and update data.  If you have been asked a question in MyAnnandale before you may see your old answer here - be sure to update as needed.  In some housing forms, you will be able to submit Living Requests next.  Finally, many forms have you update emergency contact information or input addresses.  You will have to click on the small pencil to expand the address or contact to input data.
  • Emergency Contact Information
You can now use MyAnnandale to keep your emergency contact information on file with the Crisis Response Team up to date.
