The Bard IT HelpDesk is the primary contact for all students, faculty, and staff for computing and technology issues. The HelpDesk provides technical, hardware, and software support for all Bard-owned computers including network and e-mail issues, password recovery, printing assistance.
Hours for the HelpDesk are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
HelpDesk Coordinator is Laura Morano.
User Services is managed by Joe DeFranco.
The HelpDesk services computers owned by the college and operates computer labs in Henderson Technology Laboratories, Henderson Computing Resources Center, Avery Arts Center, and Bertelsmann Campus Center. We also coordinate with Networks & Systems and B&G Telecom to resolve network issues on campus and at Bard facilities in Red Hook, NY.
Problems in our computer labs should be brought to the attention of HelpDesk Staff during regular business hours or to the student Lab Monitor on-duty after hours.
Faculty, staff, and students seeking any IT support with their Bard-owned computers or network access on campus, can contact us by phone or email to create a service ticket.
